How do I calculate the space?
Start with the outside of the frame
Measure the full outside width and height of each frame, including any mount. A print's selected size describes each individual print; it is not the finished outside size of a frame.
For one row, add the frame widths and the gaps between them. The tallest frame sets the height. For one column, add the heights and gaps; the widest frame sets the width.
For a mixed arrangement, lay it out on the floor or use paper templates. Measure the complete rectangle from the furthest left edge to the furthest right, and from the highest top to the lowest bottom.
Try it before making holes
Mark the available wall space with removable paper templates. Check the arrangement from across the room, and leave enough clearance for furniture and nearby switches.
